- What happen to 'AME' [Automatic Media Embedder] I have it installed and yours gets by default :O
- Can I use the BBCode/Media Wrapper for your Hack?
- How can I center the videos, and title them?

I'm having trouble. I installed the product as described, the Goldbrick settings and permissions all appear correctly in my Admin control panel. I tried linking to a youtube video, but it just sees it as a url. I then edited the post, and added the media /media tags to it and saved the post, but then it's just like nothing was in the post, no text or video playback?

What do you mean about seo? Goldbrick can do both the thumbnails or the regular style like AME is doing. It's your choice.

YEAH! Thank you, classic style working fine, excepting the custom size configured in admincp.

My new suggestion:

You can add small buttons to user increase/decrease size of flash player inline with limit max and minimum of course (avoid design break). This is too many easy to do with javascript, like the option that vbulletin use in message editor.

How to disable the auto parse of links and back the classic [media] tag?

I just test resize option with one function default from vBulletin and work fine!

Try it:

Nix need change gb_videosite to id of each flash instance and voilá! Work like an charm.

But sincerely I prefer that the defined standard sizes in the admincp work like in old version instead the mandatory size of php files at goldbrick/includes/sites folder.

You can still use the media tags like always. Though I don't see why you would only want it that way.

I have it were the size only works on non-video sits except stage6. With stage6 it pulls the video size from the embed code.
Download 1.2 again and make sure everything is uploaded. Then import the product-goldbrick.xml file and allow overwrite. That file its looking for isn't used anymore.
I'm fixing it now.

That was from a custom skin I have. I forgot to take it out of the css for the mod. Its out now and I'll be releasing it in a sec.

I can add a setting in for auto phrase urls. You can also turn off goldbrick in individual forums.

nix, flash player like swf animation is broken.

One test mine result this code:

/vb/players/... this patch it's wrong I believe. And mediaplayer.swf to play swf animation? This is right?

ah, and custom size in tag [media="width,height....."] (usefull for swf animation) work like in old versions? I can't confirm it because the above error that don't load any flash animation.

ps: here one list with more websites (regex at xml from ame plugin by users) for you add to supported list if you think it's good.
