I'm aspecting that a plugin is started after the plugin for the SEO Video mod that overwrites the SEO Videos video index html. You could edit the plugin SEO Videos Mod - Video Index on hook forumhome_start and set the Execution Order to a higher value so that the plugin will overwrite the other plugin again, but in this case just for the video.html page. Could you please post a link to your forum? Best Regards, Jan Jaap |

Code:
Table "seovideos" already exists, starting extension loop for old instalations SEEMS TO WORK (for now) deleting videos: would it be much work to make the link open i a new window and just echo "file deleted" instead of reloading the board... i couldnt delete some of the doubles (done it in phpadmin) i got a problem with my smilies in postbit - they arent linked anymore. have you touched this routing? just asking, i installed 3 products this night, but your ones could have effected it?! greets, thomas |

Yes, I've removed the Video Bar per forum option since you can also use the Video Index bar for a specific form and place it on a specific forum. Regarding the Smilies, this product does not touch the smilies. Best Regards, Jan Jaap |

has anybody else a problem with his smilies getting clickable? sorry, but i think this plugin is really in beta stage. |
I can confirm that with this mod active, you can not click on the smilies to put them in a thread. This may not touch the code directly but it is interfering with the post controls.
Also Adult, would you mind having a change log in the main topic so we can see what is fixed and added? |
<i>deleting videos from videos.html still doesn't work.</i>
a fix for the smilies would be to deactiated the display of the two buttons and added them in vb-code. but hey - programming a plugin for myself or fixing and finding several errors isn't my intension, when downloading a plug in here. using the xhtml-plugin (link on top) - that works fine. deinstalling... maybe nexttime on version 2.0.... cu, thomas |

Hi!
Regarding the bugs, these will be fixed but there is an other solution that I will continue the development of Any Media for vB3.6.x and making it SEO adding for example Video Indexes, Video Search and some SEO features to get your posted videos indexed in Google and other search engines (the right way, google will actualy love you for using the mod so that it is able to know what kind of videos are to be found on your forum or specific message). Since this mod may take 100+ hours to complete, I will require a small icon to be placed on the video display screen linking to http://www.publiceren.net/ with information about the free mod (no spam etc, I am just interested in the SE value for my domain). If enaufh users agree on this, I will start working on the mod today untill it's completed. Best Regards, Jan Jaap |
Aside from the bugs here, this has proven to be an excellent mod. If you want to tackle such a large projects, I would be all for it and would love to help test it.
In the mean time how about some smiley fixing love :D |
two thumbs up, installed and using, looking for windows media, quicktime, flash, and realvideo...now

Mod Rewrite is an technique to enable URL rewriting on Apache. It will enable you to show for example message-1.html to the users in the browser while actualy message.php?message=1 is loaded. videos.html will actualy load index.php?videos=1 (1 = pagenumber). So you could also load the video index via http://www.domain.com/?videos=1 Best Regards, Jan Jaap |

I just spoke to Crist from Any Media, the number 1 media mod for vBulletin 3.5.x and we agreed that I will continue with Any Media and make it availabe for vBulletin 3.6.x.
The new version of Any Media will be called Any Media 3.6.x and will be official linked to from Any Media 3.5.x. I don't know yet if it will remain the same and if all features of the old version will remain and what new features will be added but I will try to make it as perfect, stable, optimum and fast as possible. The mod will be free but will require an icon/link on the video display wich can be removed by paying a small fee. Best Regards, Jan Jaap |

Wow, great news...
Good luck Adult SEO! |
So can we assume this project will be abandoned while you work on the new one?
I want to know if I should uninstall this and look for another addon or if the post errors will be worked on. |

Hi Adult SEO and all,
First of all, GREAT MOD!!! I got it installed on my board. However, the default location for the editor icons are not correct for my forum: /images/editor/google.gif It's /forum/images/styles/<mytheme>/editor/google.gif Same for youtube.gif. How can I change the default? TIA. -xitrum |

When this hack is enabled....my smilies are disabled. I disable this hack...and whammo, my smilies work again.
Any ideas? |

I only see the Menu - the rest is gone. No difference if installed or uninstalled this Hack. |
Nice hack and thanks for your work.
I have a few suggestions: 1. CMPS module which can display multiple videos. 2. Your own player instead of using the Google & YouTube players (similar to AnyMedia but working) compatible with both IE & FF and autostart on/off option. 3. Allow videos from other sites such as .wmv extensions (similar to AnyMedia). |
@ubblite - wait for AnyMedia 3.6 !
