it is because your codes are loading some images to another folder:

gfx_reDshadow/icons/icon1.gif

we dont have that folder. it should be gfx_Halloween not reDeshadow

to fix this problem goto:

admincp - style - halloween xs style...

do replacement variables and put gfx_Halloween in place of gfx_reDshadow and its fixed.

is there a way to alter the logo? no psd files?

Only the text on the logo - there should be a psd for that included in the zip.

because i try to upgrade it but there is problem in editor

specially with changing color (the color popup doesnt appear)
