Upgrading three sites took about 15 minutes - looks good. One thing I noticed was that the navbar template changed, but I didn't want to reapply my changes, so did a comparison; seems the only change from the RC was they removed one of the menu items:

Thought that might help some people when they go to edit their templates.

Ok when I upgraded to 3.5 the custom avatars stopped working:

The custom avatars work on the profile pages, not the showthread pages.

How do I correct this?

Revert your postbit/postbit_legacy templates
(And when you're at it, it might not be a too bad idea to revert all other Templates as well)

In your postbit_legacy template, you'll need to change "$avatarurl" to "$post[avatarurl]" ;)
