have you trillian users got it to work? mine works but i just don't like how it adds (trillian309jf02394ij) after your screenname.

go to http://www.google.com/talk/otherclients.html and click on Trillian pro if you have not already...that's how i got it to work.

Haven't tried since the original attempt. Requires me to use XP which I would really like to avoid. :)

it doesn't offer anything better than YIM 7.0 which now has voice call.

The no-frills interface is fine, but they need to let people turn some of these features off.

Set up this IM and you can't use the GMail Notifier anymore,either. So if you need that, you can't leave Google Talk off.

This thing has a long way to go. :(

in the install it asks if you want uninstall gmail notifier, you can simply select no>_>
