I disagree. R&B/Soul is where alot of the good music actually originated. Led Zeppelin, the Doors and quite a few other bands have contributed a lot of their style and music to the roots of Soul. Listen to one of Burton Cummings first solo albums and you will hear a lot of Soul in it.

Jae Millz = average mixtape rapper if that
Murda Mook = below average but has got the odd good tune
Joe Buddens = average
Camron = outshined by all of his 'protogies' if it weren't for Juelz the Dip's would be a momory
Tupac = most overated artist ever
Biggie = ok maybe 2pac was the second most
Cassidy = you're joking aren't you?
Big Pun = one album wonder
Bone Thugs = hah
Ali Vegas = mixtape rapper
Common = inconsistant
Eminen = lol, Eminem is a joke now, making music for kids isn't funny or clever
