Well, if we are gonna nitpick about this - a user won't sign up 8 times in 10 minutes with 8 new logins for each proxy. At least not the majority of abusers. And this is info based on experience.

If you don't like the hack, don't use it. No need to start acting cocky

I have downloaded it, but haven't yet install it.

One question. Does it sends the admin an e-mail every time a new user registers with the forums or every time he posts?

I am new to vB so it is not clear to me.
