You can add a link to any page on your site via the Navigation Manager, or to any place on the web for that matter.

So where would one place the forum link though?

Example: http://blah.com/forumdisplay.php?4-testing

ozzy47 02-17-2014 04:02 AM

Do you want it as a tab?

Yes. :)

ozzy47 02-17-2014 04:07 AM

Title: My New Tab
Target URL: forumdisplay.php?4-testing
Active: Yes
Display Order: Where ever you want
Show Permission Name: As Discussed before
Append 'tabid' to URL: Yes
Tab Script(s): Leave blank
Open in New Page: Up to you

I tried that, and still for some reason it's not working. :p

Describe not working, what happens when you click on the tab?

Elixar 02-17-2014 01:45 PM

The tab isn't appearing at all.

ozzy47 02-17-2014 01:49 PM

Pm me a admin account, and I will look onto it a bit later today.

Elixar 02-17-2014 01:51 PM

Do I add the new tab under the Forum Tab?

And then I tried to add a new menu, and either way it didn't show up. I'll shoot you an account, but not sure why it's doing this since I'm trying to finish up some much needed work on my forum.

Wait, what, you confuse me.

You said you were trying to add a tab, but what you are describing is adding a link to the sub navigation.

Perhaps take a screenshot of where you want the item to show up. Also do you want the item to be a dropdown, or a single link.

Perhaps this will help you understand the process, http://www.vbulletin.com/vbcms/conte...gation-Manager

Also note try this out on a unmodified default style.
