I get a 'unknown URL' message when I saved the avatar, what happens then, Fillip?

When I go to: settings - edit avatar and click on Save Changes, I get this message.

Hotfix added for a display issue with Avatars v2. Avatars will need to be re-saved once the hotfix has been installed.
