I changed all

then I changed the hook location from "global_start" to "global_bootstrap_init_complete"

Also. Uninstalled. Regardless the setting that people should not see the box again after closing, they keep seeing it.

Mod that you are looking for will be the same of this i have just to change some code and phrases, actually i can't. I don't know why in your forum the warn reappears the option "Cookie on/off | The warn will reappears if the guest reload the page?" must set to NO
