I'm very gratefull for this hack and the wonderful Hear Me Chat.
- Testing it I discovered that, if the member is not loggen in, and insert username & password in the error_nopermission template, he finally start chatting, but in a new chat only for him, besides others people are talking in another cat.
I realized this, working with 2 PC.
I solved this making a template that sends the member to loggin in the index page, so it works.
- A question: why, after about 10 minutes that a member is in the chatroom he desappears from the loggedinusers in the index page? Is there a way to fix this?

Well it looks like you guys are going to have to find another chat room to integrate with your board..

I just moved from a UBB to VB (useing 75gb b/w per month - generating over 1,000 new members per week not what you'd call an unpopular or badly designed forum) - I love the changes but hate the hack support - perhaps we should setup a vbhackers.com site - vbulletin.org don't seem to be much help either - everyone seems to be waiting for v2.0 before implementing any hacks - wheres the fun in that? From what i've been reading waiting for v2.0 is like waiting for a new version of a m$ product i.e. don't hold your breath.

Any hacks that are emailed to me i'll host them on our perm server - just to help you guys out

Raptor, it helps if you read the thread. I was able to download it from a link here and find out that it doesn't serve any purpose since THE SERVICE WAS DISCONTINUED!

dude thats rubbish - we have been using hearme for months and are still using it now

If you don't like the hacks then maybe you should create your own hacks. I am so sorry that we spend our time working on v2.0 instead of making hacks all of the time as we did 3 months ago.

dude, i'm not ripping - I too am looking forward to v2

and I do write my own hacks and implemented many and helped in the development of many with ubb

but if the vb community needs to grow then support has to be given to the hacks as well as the main product because to be honest, its the intergration and customization that makes the product "saleable" - I have no problem in hosting hacks for users if the files keep getting removed

i'm new to vb - I was a die hard ubb nut but of course saw the error of my ways :)

Is there any way to beta v2 for you guys ?
