I installed the product-increasetag.xml, and The code in the HTML Markup is still getting cut short.

Nope, That didn't work.
I believe the problem is the some servers only allow a MAX of 255 characters, so no matter what its limited.

I have managed to get Shadow text to work using CSS

its not working its making my forum going nuts ,all text moves to one side and weird coloring ,tnx for the work ,but i uninstalled ,looking great on your forum ,to bad :(
