When I click on "Notifications" in the admin cp, it tells me "Invalid action."

Should it be saying that?

Updated again with the missing file added.

The same goes when I click on "View Instance Permissions" under Instance Management.

I think there's a problem in this new 5.1 release. Every time I try to write on a new chat room my message appears in the main room. What should I do to fix this problem?

The shoutbox doesn't show for me, There is css and the js files in the source but the shoutbox isn't visible.

Did you set the permissions correctly?
Instance Management -> Edit Permissions.
