Is this hack DEAD as it been released IN February and no updates to these features

By the way...

The above only grabs the image if the image is stored in the database. What if the vbulletin users are using the filesystem method?

I see we have a posting, or two, about how to modify this hack's Global Start plugin in order to display the toolbar on certain pages. However, I want to display it on all pages of the site...except for the Who's Online page.

So...instead of modifying the code to include every page I want it displayed on...can someone show me how to modify the code to just exclude the online.php page?

Yes, we need to get this working on VBulletin 4, it is above mandatory. Meanwhile, I checked a https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2012/01/12.gif and nominated for MOTM.

My website uses "forums" not "forum". What changes do I need to make besides this:
