Banner Locations in Footer
(will have seperate admin section attached for this for each access)

There is bad code in this product.

At the top of the page you can see a "a ". Also if you look at he bottom of the page, the footer is messed up.

Why is there a # link in the NavBar? The information at the top of the page should be phrased, especially since what you have does not apply to 99% of sites out there.
