Apparently the sideblocks still doesnt show up. It doesnt work on BBI

You must also go to Forums & Moderators > Forum Blocks Manager and add your blocks before it will work.

Can I add this to my board as a second style that is user selectable? I have got lots of users who actually like the new VB Greenish theme, but I don't like it myself too much and would like to select this blue for myself and have it available to other users that wanted it.

Sure, go to the Admin CP > Options > Style & Language Settings > Allow Users To Change Styles Yes

there's a small problem but i couldn't figer it out how to change!
it's the copyright footer color, when you click on "what's new?" the color of the footer copy right changed to really bad color to read!

Good catch, if you look for in your stylevars for shade_color you will find it, you can change it to this to make it fit:
rgb(0, 0, 51)
