How do I make someone a global mod, super moderator?

You add them to the Super Moderator User Group already available. You add them through their profile in the Admin CP.

Another question..

For the PM box, quick reply shows up and when ever I reply to a private message, it does NOT show up in my "sent" box. Other forums I use DO show up in the sent box, how do I fix this?

That is an option you set in your User CP > Edit Options . Or, clcik the box to save it at the bottom of the PM.

Hmm, I just noticed this problem but my forums time seems to be off by 7 minutes, anyway to fix that?
