Reason for Nomination I started my forum on a shoe string, my husband was and still is unemployed. Just Us Nurses has been running for about 18 months and we have exceptionally loyal members. We allow freedom of speech, we allow the members to agree to disagree and in the past 18 months we have not had to ban anyone, remove any posts or close any threads and for that I am extremely proud.
