it allows my users to choose an avatar on registration but they can't edit them via profile.php?do=editavatar as it says "admin has disabled use of avatars" even though I haven't.

It says to do: allow uploads? Is there a way for a user to upload his/her own avatar yet?

I have installed this mod.... it shows:
Avatar
Please Select an avatar

however it doesn't show any options of avatars to choose from...
what do I need to do? Please Help
