GD Installed Now the messages is the same :(
this is picture from GD Settings and it didn't have any problem

It could be that teh image is not supported by PHP. jpg, gif and png are the only image formats you can use.

all type img (gif - jpg .....atc)

Image format is not supported by PHP so it could not be watermarked

I only added support for those 3 formats because they are the only ones used on the web. Others such as BMP are not used.

What image did you try to use?

so this means we can watermark images uploaded in remote also or will it watermark only the attached images on forum ?

But is there any way to change the font of the watermark?

Also, would there be any ways to add a button on the editor via custom bbcode? I tried but it won't let me cause when I enter the bbcode tag name as "wm", it says the code name already exists.

Yes it supports external images
