Don't understand why 4.7 chat can install with no issues (other than I can't integrate anything into it because of 3.8 vbulletin) but 5.0.10 will not install properly

5.0.x has many bugs and problems. I am not Flashchat support, you need to visit their forums.

If i may ask. Is there any specific reason why some people create plugins for chats that you have to pay for? There are quite a few free ones there, that needs vb intigration.

I have the 5.0.10 version (paid one)

question: do I install that one (hasn't worked yet but would like to be clear)
first, then use the integration files after installation or......

also, can I install the fc v5 as a brand new and later integrate it into vbulletin 3.8 using this plugin/mod ?

I'm getting this error:

vBulletin Message
Sorry, but the Chat System has been turned offline, contact the administrator for more information.

Everything is fine when viewing the chatroom outside of vBulletin (chat/flashchat.php). Usergroup permissions are set the way they should be. Any ideas?

Edit: Another thing, on this error page, all the links are not right. For example, the New Posts link is: chat.php/search.php?do=getnew. Everything is going after chat.php instead of the site root. What's wrong?
