Hey paul for some reason it isn't adding the table prefix to the posts. When I submit a new ticket I get this:
Database error in vBulletin 3.6.10:

Invalid SQL:
SELECT department FROM helpcenter_department WHERE departmentid = '1';

MySQL Error : Table 'pXXn_pXXXXXc.helpcenter_department' doesn't exist
Error Number : 1146

Yes you are correct and this has been fixed. I will release an updated helpcenter.php later today.

Beta 6 Just Released!

This is going to be the final Beta for HelpCenter, from now it is just going to be bug fixes, if any.

I'm sorry, but for the final time, you are going to have to uninstall any previous version and re-install with Beta 6.

This has been implemented into the latest release. The ticket creator gets to choose whether they want the ticket to be public or private.

Can you also make it so that we can completely disable the public/private button. Can you also add something in the admin CP so that by default we can make ALL support tickets public or private. Then just another option to disable users from being able to use the public/private dropdown. That way if we want them to choose we can enable it and if we just want to choose for them we can.

Human Verification is going to be a paid feature.

I like this idea very much - it means the process is an open one and the entire Community can see the resolution...
