I quite like the skin and was very eager to install. I have no experience with vBulletin as I am in the process of launching my first forum. So I used the Upload feature of the Style Manager and pointed to the XML file in the folder that I extracted to my desktop. The skin kind of works, but none of the images are there.

Am I missing a step? Do I need to ftp anything to my site and, if so, what and where?

The only thing I am seeing is the calendar in the blog section overlaps the latest blogs by just a little. I can post a screen shot later today.

Upload the entire webber folder into your forum root directory.

For example:
http://www.myforum.com/forums is your forum
http://www.myforum.com/forums/webber is the path to the webber images folder.

still no /misc/nav_m.gif ? :( nice style though
