Stupid question- i installed and no photo has been uploaded to forum! How long does it take for first photo to be uploaded a full day or what??

WHY?

Great addon but I have one question. Is there any reason why when new threads get created by this addon, they end up in the moderation queue? The account that is creating the threads has the follow forum permissions set to yes for that forum, so I'm kind of at a loss. I don't know what's causing it.
