The forums are visible to anyone, but the code fixes are indeed visible to members only (same policy as vbulletin.com). There was a problem with your forum account - you created it years ago, but never activated it. You wrote us about that issue last night, and we fixed it this morning.

vBulletin.org is not the place to discuss third-party websites or companies like this. Their own websites should be used.
