Hi,

I'm pretty new to modifications and this looks like it will be very, very handy for my board!

When it says 'import' in the instructions - does this mean via:

Admin > Plugins & Products > Download / Upload Plugins ?

If the value reached it gives the normal warning message to logged users too.

I just tested this on 3.7 and I do not get that error message. Are you sure you did not set the regular load threshold the same or lower than this one?
