Hi.

Sorry for the ignorance but how should I understand this part of the installation instruction:

CMOD the following directoris to 777
/photos (inside vbphotovote directory)
/tmp (inside vbphotovote directory)
/thumbs (inside vbphotovote/photos directory)

What do I need to do there? Anyone?
