I was wondering if it's possible to change the URL of the chat from /vbjirc/vbjirc.php to chat.php?do=inlinechat? And if so, how?

I have a suggestion: Implement a feature to have a "bot user" to always remain in the channel? :)

Of course, but you'll need to edit all of the files.

Installed but the problem I am having is the template mod..I dont have

In the nav template...What to do?

Well I have this installed, but it doesn't work with all skins. I tried using all your settings, but to no avail. I'll get you a screenie of what it does on most of my skins. :(
