Can this be also used on a non vb page? Pulling the info from a vb forum section then adding it in a new style format to a non vb page?

Hey!
Trying to get this working on a page outside the forum folder, a non vb page. I have included the vbnews.php file into the page i want to show my news, but it somehow destroys the design of the page. It should be 3 colums with the news in the middle and the tables separated with a vertical dotted line. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this issue? |
Not offhand

I've updated to include Who's online support.

I have a question about this, could I rename the news.php to say index.php and move it out of the forums folder?
Say I have \index.php (renamed news.php) \board\ (forums folder) Will that work? |
Most likely, but you will need to edit each instance of vbnews.php and vbnews to index.php and index (respectively) in the php page. I've not tried it, but don't see why not.

I've had no luck getting this to work, out side of the forum folder. I keep getting the following error(s)
Code:
Warning: main(/home/aquasoft/public_html/includes/init.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/aquasoft/public_html/board/global.php on line 20 |
