Very Nice and useful! Is the sponsor's image limited to a certain size? Could the image be a full size leaderboard ad (728 x 90)??

The image can be any size you want. :)

It doesn't get resized.

I'd be very interested in a index.php add on.

Also, this may be off topic somewhat, but I was thinking about integrating this into my club's website, I'd like to be able to manage all the ads from the AdminCP like I have been doing, how hard would this be (if at all possible).

There is 2 option pages.
Check both locations.
  1. Admin Panel - Options > Forum Sponsor
  2. Admin Panel - Forums and Moderators > Forum Manager > (The forum) Select "Edit Forum".
