Do you have a special style, which images are directly located under root-folder and not in your images-folder?

Just looked at your demo site www.sf-galerie.net
and I see that the gallery sub forums have custom graphics instead of the usual icons.
Am I right in thinking that this is done with the Gallery setting at the bottom of the forum settings?
ie> use gallery thumbnails yes/no
which graphic to use? ............

Is there anything else that needs to be done to do this?

You're right, it works with this technique. It isn't implemented complety yet, there are some routines missing (my sf-galerie.net is my testing place...).

This will come in the next version (release on sunday i think).

I've unintalled version 1.23 and reinstalled version 1.30 but the admincp still shows the version as 1.23.

Also, I'm running vBulletin 3.6.2 and before I upgraded to 1.30, I was able to see the pictures in the forumhome but not in the Gallery. Now, it's opposite. I can't see the pictures in the forumhome but the pictures show up in the Gallery.

Any idea?

Did you make the changes on the templates for forumhome? Without them, no pictures can be displayed on forumhome.

Yes, I did make the changes to the forum home. The title shows up (Latest or Random, depending on the option from vBulletin option -> Gallery) just not the pictures.

anyway i did the install right, TRUST ME, then i did it again because it just doesn't look right.

It works perfectly but whats wrong with the template? its breaking out of my site it looks horrible.

Also, why does it say upload at the top, and new thread at the bottom? it should be upload for both.

and 1 last thing LOL sorry, but why does it display my image 3x the size it really is? its showing that image with the link above at 680 width when the largest i allow is 500 width?

and the original size of the image is far under that!
