I've always rebuilt it. I did everything I was told to.

I can change and save other admin permissions, but if I try to change hosting and save it. It doesn't save.
It just goes back to No as default.

You did not upload the three files in the xml folder to the includes/xml directory which is on your server.

Nope.

I'll remove any instance of "cPanel" in the script.

Download "hosting.php" and overwrite your current "hosting.php" script.
