There is an option in the usercp to select wether the chatbox is hidden or not. Are you sure it's not because they have hidden it ?

1- Have you mod_security enabled ? (ask Ranger187 for info on the subject or search this thread)
2- Might an issue with right to left not taken into account by the chatbox (which is the bug list so that's ok no need to report it again it's noted)

About the error, have you applied the stated fix in the thread ?

I downloaded the latest versions but i couldnt find an English read me only Russian, Italian and a few other languages but no English.

Do i have to download the first version first?

Also i meant to ask do you need "vBCMS" to install this and if so where can i get it?

You have to upload all files. That info tells you that one mgc file is missing.

Do you think i might have uploaded it to the wrong place?

I only uploaded the image files...do i have to upload any others?
