vBulletin 4 introduces a new style and template system, so all templates need to be redone. Because of that most 3.x vB.org mods won't work with v4. At the moment there's nothing I can do about this as I'm not an alpha tester. I hope I will have access to the beta version. |
RS can you please help me resolve this issue I posted on page 260?
|
rs_jelle i made a post earlier. Got some weird problem going on, and i cant find any solution. Hope you know how to fix it.
My post: I have a strange problem now. After my host changed the webserver where my hosting is on. Since then i get: ERROR: File not found (when i try to download a file) While the files are there(ftp), it simply uploads. But when people or myself want to download it. I get that error. With megauploads no problems(http links) but this is really strange. Any help? Never had problems before. And chmod is 777 or is it best to remove and instal the mod again? -edit- nvm as i didnt got a respond, i removed the mod and re-installed and the problem is resolved. |
Thanks for great addon.
i would like to ask something, could we modify the [Link to a File] so we can add more than one links everytime we add one file. The idea is one file can have mirror downloads more than one link. How do you think about that? Cheers! :) |

|
all installed well and i can upload 1 meg files ive had a go at this fix but where in my current htassces file would i add this info???

That's because of the default upload limit of PHP. You need to create a file named .htaccess (note the period in front of the name). Put the following two lines into the file: Code: php_value upload_max_filesize 30M php_value post_max_size 30MUpload the file into your forum directory (the same location where downloads.php is located.) This will increase the size of the file you can upload to 30MB.__________________ |

My site crashed and I had to re-install everything. For some reason, one of the things that hasn't been working correctly has been DownloadsII. When I go to one of my files and click download at the bottom I get forwarded to a page that says "Sorry we couldn't start the download" but this doesn't happen to all of my downloads.
Non-working example: http://www.mpcdownloads.com/forums/d...v2.1/7517.html Working Example: http://www.mpcdownloads.com/forums/d...H-V2/7557.html I really can't seem to find what the cause is... |
