I have this working great except, the dates of when u can place a bet and settle the best on the thread itself is messed up....any ideas why?

Go to your vbadmincp > plugins & products > plugin manager and look for the vbookie section. On mine it was the 6th one down. Look for "Redirect to vbookie.php when posting new Event", click on edit and replace the code there with the new code.

When I click on the vBookie link to post an event, I get to the vbookie.php url but it is a blank page. Any ideas on what I have done wrong or where to start?

Looks like files didn't upload to server correctly. Working now it looks like. When completed I will add myself as another successful instal. I like this concept, great work.

When I select in a user group that they DO have permissions to bte, and I save it when I am logged intot he admincp... It doesn't save the setting. Is this a permissions issue or what?

im having the exact same problem all of my permissions for vbookie do not save!!! please help :)

I use this system of bets for my forum and I would like to be able to add to the soccer bets the shields of the different teams

Does somebody have some idea of as putting this or that it is necessary to modify for such an effect?

When I make a new thread and tick the box to make it a vBookie event, it never goes to the vBookie page, it just posts the thread like a normal thread.

I'm really stuck with is.

Can anyone help me at all?

Question....

Is there any way to edit a result after it's been settled? A bookie on my site settled a event with the wrong result (honest mistake) and I am not sure as to how that can be fixed.

i need some help

i have all the files installed for vbokie but the bit where you tick on the bottom where it said do you want to post a vbookie thread its not showing up.

did i do any of the files wrong or is there something i have to do.

Problems.

Have installed it all as instructed by the readme files.

Also rebuilt my bitfields and changed the plug-in stuff as was instructed for 3.6.x forums.

However, on the nav bar when you try to get into vbookie it comes up as an ERROR and also its not appearing in the "additional options" of posts.

Anyone have anything I could do to make it work?

For some reason, my vbookie.php page no longer loads. The script itself works, but the page never comes up. Times out under IE.

I installed this on my 3.6.7 PL1 forum and everything seemed fine. However I've had two instances where it seems some of the outcomes in the thread have changed positions. Here are two quotes from my moderators:

This seems to have messed up the betting, each player has had different odds at varying times. Which obviously isn't right. And my earlier bet on Federer is now showing up as a bet on Nadal.

(2) Has anyone else had any problems with the bet you placed changing? I know for sure I put my money on Silva instead of Marquardt, but now it obviously says otherwise. I looked what other people were betting on several times, and from that, it seemed to change by itself sometime last night.

Hey everyone I am kind of new to this hack because well I did not install it on my board the ex-owner installed it and I am not sure how it was done. I have everything set up correctly setting the events work correctly but I can not figure out how to use it with my current vplaza money? Can someone help me with this?

Just installed the hack. And on new threads, I can't make an event. I rebuilt the bitfields. But when I add an thread it doesn't go to the page to set the odds.

Are you running on 3.6.x? If so, did you change the hook as mentioned in the description of this thread? If not, that should do it.

I reset everyones vCash back to 500 (by executing query in admin cp) but now everyone seems to have infinite vCash? its not being deducted when they place bets.

Can anyone help?
