got a problem after adding the arcade the color isn't like the rest of the header buttons.

found it! but got another problem now when a game is done and results are being send it just gives a blanc page with the forum links on it but not in a style just plain text (where i can click on = hyperlinks)
someone that can help me with this one?

Is there a way to rearrange the modules on the main page of the arcade? For instance I'd like to place Arcade Announcements and Game info at the top, Highscore - Champions, Leaderboard Leader and King of the Arcade underneath it. Information about tournaments below that... and the games modules (Newest games, Most Played games, beneath that.

is this possible??

To install the pnflashgames you will have to remade the images to resize them to 50x50 and 20x20 then use the install text file to manuly install the game.

Upload the swf file to arcade
Upload the image files to arcade images
Open the read me file for the pnflashgame

Holy crap...this was the easiest install I've ever did...the way you wrote the instructions was incredible...it was installed without a hitch, and this is really quite amazing!!! I'm going to have to put warnings on this stuff, 'cuz it's so addicting, some of the users are probably going to get fired!!! :D

3- .swf to to /arcade or /arcade/gamedata (depends on Gamecode), .gif go to /arcade/images and that's all, you don't need that .php File included in v3arcade-Games
4- They are stored in Database, not in any File :)
5- Leaderboard works automatically, all Scores get added there if you set Points for League in the Arcade Main Settings

what if i just want the game icons to scroll instead of the game icon and text on the thread marquee

what needs to be edited or removed??

It's in the plugin manager - ibProarcade: Crowns in Postbit plugin. The marquee code is in there. Modify it to your liking.

Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.

The error returned was:

The administrator has disabled playing games for your usergroup.

So, it's pretty obvious that you need to setup your usergroup permissions, correct? It's under the Arcade in the AdminCP.

How to edit the template? I have set my arcade to show categories and how can I move the categories 'Game Information' table above the winners table?

i love this stuff just upgraded a 3.07 board to 3.53 did not touch the arcade all i had to do was replace the admin templets replace the skins modules lang functions gamedata and upload the 2 xml and the arcade is up with out loose of anything scores and all games in tact thanks Mr.Zero !!!

Installed. And as i am using VB portal, cmps_index.php is the file i have edited, but after playing a Game it says sending scores, then the page closes.

I tryed to edit the index.php file but then the forum does not work.

Any ideas what i have done wrong?

Hi,

Firstly this arcade system rocks and my members love it. It has been installed and working fine for a few weeks now. Yesterday, however it decide to go a little belly up.
In the top left hand corner where the vbulletin image is (ok i have changed this). When one highlights ones mouse over the image it gives the path of the forum, well on all of the forum pages this work fine bar the Arcade PHP page which is causing problems with saving games etc... because of path issues. Can you please advise.

Example of issue:

Path on forum pages
www.mydomain.com/forums/

Path on Arcade page
www.mydomain.com/.php

Looking at my test forum the link should be www.mydomain.com/forums/index.php


The same problem occurs for the play again and save comments link. the /forums/ bit is missing.


Can you please advise.

Out of respect for this hack I thought you should know that I found out that the recent update of vbseo caused the issue. I have been informed that this will be resolved asap.

I also have a question: Seems that even though I have all the Mod settings set for NO, that my SuperMods still have full Arcade Mod abilities? Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

Got a bit of an issue with the tournements, with 8 players the 2nd set of players never get promoted to the next level see attachment.

Any ideas, I have tried removing the hack and reinstalling the hack?

I believe you'll have to make your own template, possibly modifying one of the ones given with this. I could be wrong. I plan to do something similar myself, but haven't had time to sit down and do it. :)
