On another note, MyCart development is going really well.

Ok just installed and does show the "Add New Ticket" option in the HelpCenter Navigation box.

Can you please make sure you have set the Usergroup Permissions correctly.

is it possible to "force" tickets to private by default? so users can only see tickets they created unless they are staff?

It is already selected by "default" in the drop down menu. Unless you mean something else?

Can we block the access of the helpcenter by groups ?
