German special character are not working.

charset=ISO-8859-1

i just created mysql index tables thats all
you wont need it in a small / intermediate forum

draver there is a setting for language on options and it works fine for me.
if you have problems with ISO-8859-1 try windows-1254
or some other charset which includes german charset
i had issues this fixed mine

I also have an issue:

there were some searched keywords on my "homepage statistics". Today I look at the bottom and..... they disappeared and there is one new keyword only!!! Why the previous search terms were deleted???

He may not be updating it but as it is right now, several phrases have been pushed straight up to googles top 10 list, keep content coming and it will keep the longtail results coming as well.

this mod rocks i hope someone takes it over altough there is nothing to fix , it really should be more optimized
what i did was a temporary solution thats why i am not giving it here.
