Here is a copy of the edits I made to version 3.21 of this product. I have upped the "Max Version" and made the change to the template edit as mentioned here.

This file is only for vBulletin 4.1.4.

I did the install of the 4.1.4 fix, but I can't see the "log in as user" option in anyone's profile. Ideas? thanks!

Its in their profile first block along the left side of their profile, last line under the link View Blog Entries.. At least that's where it is on mine.
