How is it not working? What have you changed the settings to? What happens when you view threads as a guest more times than the ruleset allows?

What version of vbulletin are you using?

Have you added the necessary variables for your template to display the warning message?

What are your settings?

What happens when you view the board more times than is allowed [as a guest]?
