I think the hook for the VBay navbar link conflicts with Cyb's PayPal Donate navbar link hook. As it stands...I had to manually insert the Donate link in the navbar after installing your mod.

Is there any way to fix this...other than manually inserting the link to either VBay, or Donate?

not sure man... it shouldnt mess with anything as my mod simply adds it to the navbar build....

i guess wait until next version.. there wont be any need for a menu option

as for no categories.. strange, have you made categories in your AdminCP?

Wow, real nice mod man. Have to ask is there a way for a buyer to "ask a question" and have it post in auction for others to see and abiltiy for sellers to respond? KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!

the next version will have everything integrated into a thread system, so people would be able to reply to auctions just like they were able to reply to a thread.

I'm assuming the next version is going to be updated to 3.8.x?

no, make a sellers usergroup, and when the user requests to join that usergroup it will ask to send the forum XX amount of money. once they pay they will get access to that usergroup allowing them to post auctions..

Ok guys, im at the point where I need to integrate paypal, and im looking for user input. How do you think this is best handled? It would be hard making a secure section through vbulletin, so I dont think paypal handles should be handled server side. Does anyone have experiance with this sort of thing?

yea some bugs in the current version :( , you are going to need to search your phrases for vbay, find the phrase and then edit it to your liking.
i think its called vbay_pm_buyer or similar.

Ye, once they are all sorted this will be a good one.

add paypal api is an important one IMHO, as soon as the auction ends they get a paypal bill or similiar and the addresses of users should not be sent to the buyers, they don't need to know the sellers address, keep up the good work thou :D

Hello, i recently installed this mod and works very good!

Do you know if there is a way to send automated private messages every time there is a winning bid or buy it now?

The way it is now, the seller can not informed that the auction has closed and there is a winner.

This is simply a great add-on. I am very pleased and appreciative for it.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

I'm also wanting to remove some closed auctions, as mentioned here...however, currently there is no way to do this.
