Re-download the zip file and re-upload the installer. When you load up ushop_install.php, there is a link: "Click here to install ONLY the templates (useful after upgrading vBulletin) -->", use it to redo the templates.

anyway I thought you were a member of the DH0 Crew. A hacker that cant even instal a php script sure ure not just a script kiddie

That sounds like spyware on your computer that either changed the coding of the hack, or redirected your browser. Run spybot or ad-aware and get rid of the spyware.
