There is sometimes a bug after reloading the page which causes, that the chatbox doesn't scroll down automatically.

Ok here's an issue. I have installed [vB3.6.x-vB3.7.x]MGC_Chatbox_Evo_0.5.0 previously

And it was working all good. Yea chatbox was lil slow otherthan that everything seems to be fine.

And then i got mail stating that there is a new version so i thought of upgrading it.

Did follow all the instruction and didnt got any error while upgrading but

My issue is i cant see my chatbox anymore. I tried to do everything possible. Chatbox is active and everything seems to be fine but i cant see my chatbox anywhere in my forum.

WHat might be my problem? Any suggestion good ppl

This is not a bug lol You just have to avoid ' character in your phrases or code it as HTML.

Never had this bug perhaps it's a problem of files version I am going to update the zi tonight.

You have uninstalled and installed new version ?

Auto-Scrolling in Internet Explorer (7) doesn't work any more...
Maybe it has also anything to do with the old zip-file?

I installed everything in the new zip file like I have for the past couple of versions. For some reason, The chatbox shows up but the chat messages and the recent threads area doesn't. It's just an empty box. Any ideas?

Yes i have uninstall everything and reinstall 2.1 version. But its not loading. As u can see above, it cannot load chat box at all. And all the buttons like simly , thrash, rules all these buttons are not working as well.

What might be the problem?

Zip file is now updated and tested as working

For those of you that installed it earlier, import the product again and upload the files from the Files directory again.

Installed or updated ? Perhaps it's a problem with the zip that wasn't uptodate
