definitely like the hack TECK. I need to get a few bugs worked out on my end. I can't get the images to show up even though I made the mod in the default to change {imageshome} to vbb/images but it just does not seem to do the conversion. I had it converting ok on a test board elsewhere but can't duplicate that here on my main board
www.mauisun.org/index.php
I also have yet to figure out how to get the main news posts in the middle and other items on the left and right of it like most other sites have it set-up as. any help, from anyone with these few items would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Hi,

if you right click on the red x and you click on properties what is the link for the non working images ?

And for the news: It is very easy if you enable them in the admin panel you just have to edit the template and set it where you want. The same is for the whole index.php. Just edit the template. So it's pure HTML you have to handle here.

Cheers,

Hello,

I just upgraded my board from 2.3.2 to version 3.0 gold. On the old version of vB, I had the vBHome (lite) portal installed and it worked fine. As those of you who have it installed know, the installation involves an automated install file that executes several queries and modifies your database. As a result, after my 3.0 upgrade, there is the old vBHome options page under my new vBulletin options tab in the admin control panel because it's still coded in my database. Since I can't run vBHome's uninstall program because I have upgraded, how can I manually remove it from my database so that this menu (and any other issues) do not pop up? Thanks.

Simply drop the "articleid" field in "thread" table.
You are done. :)

TECK, I did that but the front page options from 2.3.2 are still showing up in 3.0?
