Sorry, I am using style chestnut from Alan, which is a bit old. I tried to import the 6.2 of ThankYou Hack and add the code from 6.0, now it is like this. The thank you button still not show up.
What should i do now ?

Hi, I'd like to use the thanks button image for each forum. I'd try to modify code but can not. At the moment, I already add the column named: thanks_image in the forum table.

is it possible to go from Version 5.3 (on vB 3.6.5) to Version 6.2 (on vB 3.6.7PL1)? What upgrade method is best; upgrade the hack first, then vB or the other way around?

I have a little bug after install this hack...

Its shown only in my default skin

But with my other skin is not shown:

i put the button image in images/buttons/folder

in the post Bit and Memberinfo is also not shown on the original vBulletin Style (wich is my secondary skin)

once again repeating my problem:

Hello,

Thanks Abe1 for this nice hack. May I suggest a feature that marks the thread the same way after you replied? For example:

The arrow appears when you replied in the thread (ie. posted). I think it's usefull if the arrow button also appears when you thanked a post in a thread but didn't post a reply (thanked only). On my board the thanks kinda replaces the reply system as a meaning of showing appreciation.

I have a vb3.0.7 forum where a custom thanks hack was made by a member. I do not know if he used your version as a basis. The thanks system is there since begin 2005. It does work well and has some extra features:
- show thanks on content posts only (ie. show thanks on image or attachment posts)
- has a thanks all buttons (thanks all posts in a thread)
- marks thread as 'replied' when a thanks is made

A copy of that forum is now migrated to vb367 with your thanks hack, hence my questions. If you are interested I can give you access to that forum.

We are running 3.6.7 patch 1 (the very latest version), yet the system seems to believe we are running 3.6.5.

When our developer tried to install the mod, he receive the following error:

Now, i have problem with post thanks database.
After Installation i insert my tables to post thanks database table, all that's ok. but not showing in my forum, all it's 0!

Thanks Abe1 for this hack. I installed this the other day and everyone loves it. I changed things up a little bit and made it so when user click the thanks or groan it keeps a running total (+3 or -1, that type of thing) and displays that. The buttons also grey out instead of disappearing.

You can see it at http://www.stirrdup.com if you're logged in if anyone is interested.

I thought I had seen this sort of thing requested somewhere or another. I'll throw it together and upload it somewhere if anyone wants it, though I don't know how tough it would be to edit it to work with a default installation.

Edit the post_thanks_postbit template. Look at one of the first things in there. I think you have to change a number from 5 to 0.

Tonight I tried to fix this hack, I have 3.6.7 PL1. After I thank someone, I get this at the very top of the page, above the header....

i have vb v3.6.7 pl1 after i upgraded the mod from v5 to v6.2 i can't see the thankyou button or the users who thanked the post writer, dunno what the cuz and i done everything exactly as the Instructions says and i upload every file in the right palce -_- any help plz i really need it to work thx alot

edit: also i have the product template hook vb367 fix installed -_-
