Set the permissions in usercp > usergroups> usergroup manager.. Then edit user group....
Go all the way to the bottom of the page and edit the settings for vbtube Permissions....

Hi Guys,
I have just installed the plugin on another board but something doesn't work..

Do some one know why everytime I try to upload a video and click confirm (save) it says:
"Please upload only Image Type Files! (jpg, gif, png)" founded this line on the top of the page:
..... failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/vbtube_functions_add.php on line 404

Someone know what does it mean and how to resolve it.

Resolved... I had to disable this box:
"Save Thumbnails on your Server?"

Grrrrrr.....

Is the search of this old relase of vb of vb.org I never foud what I'm searching in the threads...
Very strange why them don't upgade it.

I had this problem initially. I fixed it by making sure the vbtube folder (and all it's sub-folders) were CHMOD to '777'. Also, make sure that in the options, that the option to 'Save Thumbnails on Your Server' is set to 'No'.

Let me know if this fixes it for you...

Yes was like you said, i have just resolved in this way like I write in my post before.

I had to disable the Thumbnails option.

Now everything work good.
