I don't suppose you thought to read pages 15 onward in this thread before installing? You aren't the first person to complain about a mod author wanting to be credited for his/her work. Congratulations for stating the obvious.

My comment is directed more at his claim that it is a vBulletin copyright violation which is totally absurd.

Actually I installed it first, then noticed the Author's copyright kindof taking credit for for modifying my template in what is in my opinion a very slimy way...

so I looked into how he had coded his copyright and discovered he had essentially integrated it within the Vbulletin copyright ..

after which I felt like I needed a shower so I went ahead and uninstalled it..

and BTW considering how far out of his way he went to keep his advertisement on my forums I was amused at how easy it was to get rid of it thru the XML

had he figured an appropriate way to credit himself he wouldn't have offended a bunch of people and we wouldn't be having this conversation..

I would be happy with a link somewhere on his modified editor.....as would everyone I suspect

i'm looking to sometimes add music from mixpod.com to certain forum posts in the near future. will this hack allow admins to create new forum posts on their CMS, and then add music in the post, so that when the post is read, the music HTML or javascript code will work?
