Nothing has changed in the Lite version for vBShout v2.2.3, I'm merely uploading a fresh .zip to keep it in line with the Pro version.

How does the "custom item" feature work? Do I install some sort of script into the mod?

I created the items, but my users can't purchase anything. They click the items to add them to the cart and nothing happens!

Yes.

What happens is that the user can't purchase anything, the items don't even go to the cart. They click the Purchase button and nothing happens. I've tried it myself, with no luck. All items and permissions are set properly and I have enough points for the purchase.

I'm using vbExperience, if it helps. Maybe I'm missing something?

I have set the item's stock to Unlimited.

Aha, I see. Can you check Firefox' error console?

Can't, I'm using Chrome.

Chrome's error console doesn't provide the same level of clarity as Firefox' console in my experience, so without that info I'm sadly unable to assist further :(
