Do you have the geoip PHP extensions? It looks like it might not be (or maybe the extension is installed, but without the database file)?

ii  php5-geoip                         1.0.7-3                                 GeoIP module for php5

Code:

root@rcns:~# ls -hal /usr/local/share/GeoIP/GeoLiteCity.dat 

-rwxr-xr-x 1 nikwww www-data 16M 2012-04-21 16:06 /usr/local/share/GeoIP/GeoLiteCity.dat

all services were restarted after placing the .dat file there.

My host told me this:

Can you please ask if there is any specific way or trick for centos and/or cpanel?

They also said that from here: http://imspot.org/info.php you can see that mod_geoip is loaded under the "Loaded Modules" section.

You have an Apache module for it (you don't need that)... You want a PHP module for it.

Ok, i see usermap page now just can't see the map.

Now this error shows under usermap:

Warning: geoip_record_by_name() [function.geoip-record-by-name]: Required database not available at /opt/geoip/share/GeoIP/GeoIPCity.dat. in [path]/usermap.php on line 100

Can you explain me what to do now to fix it?

My first guess would be that you don't have the required database at /opt/geoip/share/GeoIP/GeoIPCity.dat :)
