Pls help me with this:
I am getting this error right after I upgraded wiki lite to premium =============================================== Enable Auto Links to VaultWiki articles? Select the forum areas where text will be automatically linked to relevant wiki pages. An error occurred while processing the bitfield files, the following information was returned: ================================================== ============== And there is another thing: I cannot see the list on my admincp's sidebar. (see as attached) |
Hm, well they would have the best answer at the site for the full version, but it looks like you're trying to use Lite bitfield files with the full product. This won't work, you need to use the files that came with the paid version.
If you know for sure the bitfield files are correct, it might be a caching issue - I didn't think vB cached the cpnav file, but it does cache bitfields for settings and permissions. You can try Rebuild > Rebuild Bitfields. |
Am I not getting the point, or is VaultWiki basically just an extra forum with a new tab?
|
m-w.com says "wiki (noun): a Web site that allows visitors to make changes, contributions, or corrections" so the tab leading to another forum is more of a coincidence.

I did it , all vault tables are deleted, but again that database error come up Plz help |
You should also see ones called "vault_alter_table" in that file.
These mention vB tables now, and those columns have to be removed from the vB tables. Don't remove anything else, and don't remove the whole table. Just the parts it mentions. |
